Let unauthorized person withdraw aprox 13,000 from savings account. Fraudulent ripoff business

Business & Finance

Someone unathorized (not on account) withdrew like $8,000 from my Dad's savings account and like $4,000 from my mom's savings account. This happened over a 1 month period. There were a total of 10-15 withdrawals during this period.

I don't know how someone could of done this so many times and never be caught. This tells me this bank doesn't know what the hell they are doing. They don't have cameras on the drive thru either.

We filed reports with bank and police reports. We have been dealing with the bank's fraud department for the past month now and been treated like crap. These people are rude and definitely not willing to help. They have basically told us they will deny giving my parents their money back.

My parents are retired and this is their Soc Sec source of income. Their account were drained and now they have been forced to find a job.

We are being forced to hire an attorney.

Don't do business with bankone. They are a bunch of idiots and don't care about their customers.
