I started doing business with a reputable bank in Rockford named Rock River Bank and after V. P Jim Duffy left that position changed two or three times. Landing two women named Beth Thacker and Lynn Wilsie the position. They asked us out for a couple of drinks to wine and dine my business partner and as the night went on Beth left and it was my business partner, Lynn, Lynn's friend and myself. After many more drinks Lynn became quite a bit more loose and started to show up naked pictures of her and her husband, shortly after that we were going to leave and Lynn made advances towards me in the parking lot. After I had refused her advances, she became very shady. She started playing with the perameters of my loans and whenever I was even two weeks late she would threaten forclosure or repossession. Well I was one, that's right only one month late on my motorcycle payment she had it repossessed and then without notifying me like the law states "owner must be notified of any and all sale dates" she did not. So the bike is sold and then she threatens me saying that if I don't sign these documents for my rental property she is going to start collecting my tenants/family member's rents. She never provided me a copy of the information she had me sign and has now taken possession of my rental property and has started taking my rents from my tenants. She literally showed up at the door on the second of the month and threaten my sister and my niece whom are my tenants, that if they didn't pay they would be evicted immediately!
