Rip off deceptive untruthful thieves

I had made arrangements with this company because we had fell behind. I sent in a payment, they said it wasn't received, then it was sent back to me (I never received it) then they claim that it could be sent back. They took over $1800 out of my bank account, overdrawing it because they were deceptively said the check had been returned and I allowed them to electronically get the payment but they had already posted the check.

I have been fighting with them since October to get a refund or and adjustment on my account for the bank fees I had gotten because of their deception. The refuse to credit my account or reimburse me in any way for the fees that they caused me to incur.

Now, they have modified our payment plan to over $900 per month to get caught up after I sent them $2000 and have been making my monthly payments send Fed ex to make sure they don't lose them.

My husband is now off of work due to surgery. I had sent them a letter a month before the surgery to make arrangements for the account so it wouldn't fall behind. They are now saying they didn't get my paperwork and keep asking me to refax it. These same people say they don't have my phone number on file to contact me, but have called me at work and at home. They have tried to foreclose my house and I have had to pay attorney fees for them because they refused my payments and drag their feet.

This company is a nightmare and the realtor board or whomever should step in and do something to them. They are thieves who don't care anything about their consumers!

They do not process any paperwork quickly, I think it all gets round filed and they are never in the wrong even when they are the ones being devious!
