Unauthorised charges to my credit card

I purchase acai berries from another company and sent it back immediately when i didn't such as the fact they wanted to continue sending me purchases. Afterhours of telephone calls i finally got through and told them to cancel any future orders that they decided to do. I've received only 29.95 has been taken from our husband´s charge card and we can not find our credit card company to dam any future funds. Please help.
