Attempted rip-off. Thank You consumer complaints

I received a postcard in the mail from WCP. It said "We are trying to reach you with good news! It is real important that you call Toll free 1-800-449-3596 Thanks, Lisa Eastwood. Call 11:50 am to 10:30 pm EST, Monday thru Friday, Sat Call 11:30 am to 5:30 pm."

I didn't call the number because I didn't remember contacting anybody from Bakersfield, CA. I immediately got online and searched for "WCP, Lisa Eastwood" and saw this site that described the company as a ripoff.
