Acai Berry-/ Life Cleanse
ACAI BERRY - LIFE CLEANSE FRAUD - credit card charged, but when I called them to terminate future shipments, was told that there was no record of my orders at all

I ordered trial samples of Acai Berry and Effective Cleanser, but called to cancel all future shipments as I did not want to continue on with the contract. I was still within the 15 day TRIAL offer and was not supposed to be charged for any future shipments if I contacted the company to cancel. I was told by the company that there was no record of my orders, that they did not exist, although I provided them with both confirmation email order numbers which they emailed to me. I was asked to quote those numbers when I contacted them by phone or email, which I did. I was told there was nothing they could do. So, my credit card was charged for both products, I haven't received ANY product and they say they have no record of my order. What a FRAUD! My credit card company informed me that I had to contact the company to terminate the contract, which I did once again, but to no avail. I also emailed them my wish to terminate the contract immediately, to which I received NO RESPONSE. Not only that, but the representative on the phone told me that she coudn't help me and promptly hung up on me when I asked to speak with a Supervisor! Don't deal with this company!
