Unauthorized Account Creation

I received a letter in the mail today from FivePointCapital.com - with an account card that appears to indicate that they have already established an account in my name - which I DID NOT AUTHORIZE. The card is made to resemble a Debit/Credit card - but is in fact a membership card - and states on the front that I have been a amember since 06/09 - when in fact - I have never been a member.

On the back of this card, it appears to indicate that it is for the purpose of acquiring equipement and services via a "lease line of credit". However, there is absolutely no information provided to disclose fees, interest rates, or any other financing costs information.

I am very concerrned that my personal / financial information has been used to create an account in their system - which I never approved, authorized, or requested. Since I do not know this firm, or have any idea how my information may be exposed to 3rd parties, I have a very deep concern about the security of my personal information.

I have instructed the firm to remove my information from their system - and remove any accounts they have created in my name.

I have also filed a report with the Washington State Attorney General, and the San Diego office of the Better Business Bureau.
