Credit card fraud

I received an offer in the mail for a credit card with a lot of promises {all which I now know were phony } used as an inducement to get me to accept their phony offer.

Believing their word I accepted the offer on the terms and provisions as specified.

As a faade they did issue a card and charged $150.00 to the account, for set up fees, 1 year annual interest and other incidentals. The card was supposedly issued for a Limit of $300.00. Then less than a month after the card although I had made a payment as requested they closed the account, for no legimate reason but still expected payment of the 150.00 which I refused. The contract specified the fees were for a year, they did not provide the service, they breached the contract so they were not entitled to payment.

They have continued to access $70.00 month against the card for late fees and non payment fees, plus interest and participation fees even though they were notified that this was all being disputed as it is fraud.

Although they were notified of my dispute they have chosen to ignore this dispute not responding to the issues raised and to send knowingly fraudulent information to the credit bureaus, in violation of Federal Laws. As for my complaint they refuse to discuss the issue just ignore my letters.

They are a fraudulent company as you ca not collect for services never provided and continue to assess fraudulent charges. Fraud is misrepresentation and this is what they deliberately did.
