I also was billed 69.95 to my charge card. I eventually discovered several to contact & keep in touch with a live person. (It's 888-210-2544) I had been informed that after I requested the Disc that I decided to join the membership for 69.95/month chraged to my charge card. I noticed nothing declaring that everywhere! I had been ready to stop the consideration.
