They took $149.00 from my checking account without any notice. Ripoff Internet nationwide

I ckeck my bank account and there was withdrawal of $149.00 from USA credit, which I had no idea what it was about. Until I got a phone call stating that they wanted me to join club and will give me a credit card to purchase merchandise from them. Which I denied. But never got my money to credit to my account
