Modification payment - no loan modification

I gave them cash - I really could just manage 1/2 of the Mortgage Loan Modification CHARGE - after which they questioned me for many files. I gave all of them they desired but each time I named them-they wouldn't reply the telephone. T he supervisor called SID would not return my calls. He explained to contact a guy called Randy. I did so and he never delivered my calls. Today they tell me they CANT HELP ME - a few months later and that I am facing foreclosure. They claim they've no report of my cost. I'm likely to my Charge Card organization to protest this. Don't let these folks con you...
