Ripoff their screw up is costing me monthly ripoff deception

To be honest we were over our credit limit by $200 but they then put a credit on our credit card and paid $934 and then waited long enough to send a letter stating they were lowing the creidt limit to what the balance is after their credit mistake, so now not only am I over the limit by $200 it has gone up to over $800 and they are charging me monthly. Sounds like they mistakenly credited our account only to lower the credit limit to gouge us money.
