Telemarketing rip-off Nationwide USA

Not Sure - Telemarketing Scam ripoff 299.00, from my bank account all i have is a phone number Floridatelemarketer Florida...

On may 8th I was contacted via a telemarketer telling me that i had been approved for a Mastercard with a $5,000 limit, i could also get a cash advance from it for up to $500.00 with a low apr, 4% introduction rate. The guy asked me for a bunch of information, I asked him why he needed it and he said it was to verify I have an income. They gave me this phone number, 1-866-5101 and my own 'account number' 520515.

They took 299.00 out of my bank account, via TELEDRAFT which I have no way to contact them, the phone number on my statement does not work. I did not give them permission to take ANYTHING out of my bank account, in fact i specificly said, "do not take any money out of my checking account!" becuase the man said that i could put the 299.00 on the new mastercard.

I agreed to do that. The phone number I was given only gives me a recording telling me all the customer reps were busy. I feel like such an idiot, I'm looking for ANYONE with information about this company. They must have given someone the same line of crap as they did me, as well as the telephone number. Please, help. I can't go after this company without the information.
