This business is completely unprofessional and unhelpful. I've been attempting to use them since Feb to obtain on the cost strategy since I dropped my work in March and my spouse is self employed. Their reps are challenging to comprehend (the girl I talked to was within the Philappines!), they're rude and unhelpful.
