Ripoff basically stole money from us customer service specialists know nothing

My husband already had a high balance on this card when we got married and I took over paying the bills. He was getting charged over $100 in interest a month plus getting hit with the late charge that everyone seems to get hit with no matter what. I called and set up a payment plan with the company. The plan stated that there would be no late charges and no interest charges for the next year. However I had to pay the amount that he was over the limit to get this deal. I then paid $500 down on the card so it would be under his credit limit. I also asked if they could start sending us bills since my husband stated that he hadn't received on in the past six months.

A month later I called again to say that I hadn't received a bill and I couln't pay unless I had a bill. They informed me that the bill was due the day prior and that they had to tack on all sorts of fees. I explained that I was on this plan and so I shouldn't get any fees tacked on. The customer support person put me on hold for a half hour checking this out and then hung up on me. I called again the next day and was told that I couldn't have any information regarding the account until my husband called them. I expained that he was away on business and wouldn't be back for several weeks. They didnt care.

So almost a month after I started this plan I was able to call and again try to find out what was going on (still hadn't received any bills). I was told that the plan I was on didn't exist. Again I asked for bills and was told "We don't care if you don't get bills you still need to pay". I was given an address to write to regarding my complaint about this nonexisting plan that I was offered. Five months later I receive a response saying that the company won't "deal" with me.
So during this time I received anywhere from between three to five phone calls a day demanding payment. Not once did I raise my voice or become verbally abusive towards any of this people. Every time I spoke to someone I was told they put a note in the file trying to get this case resolved. The final straw was when I was threatened by one of the woman from Juniper. She told me that the company was going to ruin me finanically that they were going to start calling my husbands employer etc. I explained how in NY state that is not legal and how it was her companys fault I had stopped paying. She told me that even if I had been told about the non existing plan then that was just a chance to educated the Juniper employees and that I was extremely irresponsible and immature. I hung up on that lady and was called back evey 15 MINUTES by the company for the rest of the day.

I have since set up a payment plan having a low interest rate but only because even after I paid the $500 after the 4 months of trying to work out what was going on the balance jumped $2000 yes $2000!!! I called the attorney general who admitted that the company broke the law but that they wouldn't do anything about it. The advice I received was to take them to small claims court (which must be done in Delaware).

I am still having problems with this company on a regular basis. I have called them twice to tell them that they have taken money out of my bank account but didn't credit it to my bill.

Pretty much they are theives and I can't believe that they are still in business. The CEO must know someone is Washington!
