Unauthorized Random debits to my new account

I had taken out a payday loan with this company in a moment of desperation. Things had become very difficult. I made the first few payments on time but slowly fell deeper in the hole. Realizing that I was about to lose our home (couldn't pay rent) I closed my bank account to salvage what little funding I still had. I opened a new bank account because I needed to have direct deposit. I now receive up to 7-10 phone calls from these guys daily, at work, on cell etc. I checked my account on line and found that I was debited 400.00 dollars by a Geneva Roth Ventures. I finally spoke to one of their reps and explained that my family and I are now homeless and struggling and that I was using the little money I had left to pay for a hotel room for my wife and 4 daughters, one of which is 3 y/o and has special needs. I told them that I have every intention of making good with them but that right now my focus was on stabilizing my family again and I need every penny I can get. I told them that I was going to dispute the charge as I never gave them the new account info nor did I authorize them to debit it. The rep proceeds to tell me that they will continue to randomly debit my account unless I make arrangements with them. He also told me that they (GRV) would not argue the dispute and allow a credit to be issued back to my account as long as I made these arrangements with them.
I since then have filed the dispute, have not gotten a credit, my account is now severely overdrafted because of nsf fees AND they are trying to debit the account for the forced arrangement of 148.00 dollars. The random debit thing should not be allowed in my opinion. The threats of all sorts of legal action are rather disturbing and very stressful. They have not released the credit as promised, they didn't adhere to their side of the agreement, are absolutely heartless AND are miserable to try and talk to.
