Loan point usa they stole money out of my other account, how did they get my account number

I took out a loan with geneva roth ventures, then later filed bankruptcy for other reasons. I reported the information to them. They asked that i fax the info, i did then i didn't hear anything else from them until $400.00 came up missing out of my bank account causing my car note to bounce. I didn't know who they were because they were using a different name. Problem is this is not the bank account i had at that time, this account is new so how did they get my bank account number. When i called they lied and said i applied for another loan with their company but why would i do that. They stole my money and i want it back before i loose my 2006 mitsibishi endeavor.
