I had been coping with Well fargo mortage advisor of knoxville Tennessee, for refinancing of my house for more than 3 weeks awaiting seriously and supplying all necessary data to obtain my loan accepted, last month i received notice of acceptance with the information on my loan, a week ago I had been informed they can't continue further and disapproval my loan.in the place of requesting extra information they simply completely refused my mortgage.

That Is horrible, I've lost 3 months and instantly they disapproval my mortgage after granting it. Makes no sense, poor service. I've quit many communications for this mortgage advisor but no response what-so ever.

Mortage rates have increased lately and I believe this is the major reason they do not wish to accomplish it in the price they've provided me earlier.
