Loan Denial for NO REASON!

We submited info to get a mortgage with this mortgage agent on Jan. 23-09 (nowadays is March-17-09). Looking to get in about the really low rates of interest a couple of months before. Actually... We've no debt, no poor pay. Appriasal arrived in really low but wasn't a large deal because we've so much collateral and wasn't getting significantly out whatsoever.

I simply received a phone from our agent declaring Wells Fargo refused our mortgage! They stated because we were the only real home about the stop they might not locate comps! I would like to simply state outside from people they're promoting bad small residence (within an street) for that large 500is. We were evaluated with big ton (with enough space to construct same dimension residence complex outside) 2 homes for 350 (really low for the region) Wells Fargo decreased to 310!! We were requesting a 200K mortgage!!! With profit the financial institution, no bad-debt etc., etc., etc.

I believed we offered Wells along with other bank our tax dollars to allow them to help obtain the economy heading again by financing!!! Your laon is just a no-brainer plus they kept it up for weeks and refused it! Does that seem like a lender that's managing the bailout the way in which it was intended???
