Mail put in wrong mailbox

I've been awaiting an answer in the Connecticut Department of Work for all months today. Lastly I start my address that will be mounted on the system wherever I reside and requires a key to available to obtain the email.

I finally acquired the notice using the cover wripped available which obviously somebody needed to start it and examine it.

I blame the email delivery individual who may have set my email in another device. It occurs constantly. This notice is extremely individual and private which also offers my social protection number published within the front-page.

I desire anything might be completed about that. Obviously the one who got my email had no company openning my email and studying it.
