Given someone elses money

I visited a PNC Bank in Philadelphia PA. I slid my card through and was requested to pick from a vocabulary a deal kind and some withdraw. I had been removing $30. The entire period I am thinking why it didn't request my flag #. Before I understood it, it simply offered me the $30 along with a bill. You know what? Not my bill and never my income. The total amount about the recipt didn't fit mine and nether did the final 4 numbers of the bill number. I listed a problem with PNC but these dealings originate from a variety of bankcards. I really hope they'll contact me. I'd prefer to return the cash. The total amount about the recipt wasn't lots of cash at-all and that Iam sure the individual wants it back.
