Was CLEAR about ordering BOOK ONLY, was charged for newsletter & Deluxe Package

I called to order the book only and the salesperson, Malissa, ignored all my answers about everything else they were selling. I said no, the book only and ended up being charged $286.15 for newsletters and deluxe package. My bill should have been $67.75 total. I was away on a medical emergency, out of state, for 2 and a half months and when I called, Crystal kept repeting I've past my 30 day cut off for any refund. She was rude, and refused to help in any manner at all. If my origional conversation was taped, as I'd been told, I would have proof of my refuseal of anything except the book. Just beware, and if you want the book, go to the library.
