Unauthorized withdrawals

My husband and that i had two unauthorized withdrawals from our bank account. I hardly understand where they got our info. This occured on 5/18/09 and 6/19/09. All-on the same bank account declaration, therefore we did not capture it correct away. When we called them, they only asked for the name and said they'd credit it back. Right. We called the bank and claimed it and got a brand new bank card. The financial institution stopped your money before new one was sent. Simply very unsettling this is authorized. Something must be done about this action.
