Com - cashnetexpress harassing phone calls at work, threats about lawyers and going to jail if i did not pay them, telling me may god have mercy on my soul as this unfolds on me

I have been receiving phone calls from a company that says i have a paydayloan with them. Now i do have payday loans out but i did not recognize the web site that they gave me. The guy told me that his name was gary smith with a very stong indian or some other kind of accent. He told me that i was responsible for this payment and that if i did not make it then god bless me as the situation unfolds on me. He then told me that the case will be filed with the California court on the 22 of June and that I should expect to be served on the next day. He then went on to tell me that I would be going to jail for check fraud and criminal intent to steal, and that may god have mercy on me. He went on further to read my rights including the fact that if i do not have a lawyer one would be provided for me.in a panic i gave him my debit card information because he said that because i was trying to be honest that he would be willing to take half of the 1095.00 that i owed that company in the amount of 522.00 which i told him i would have in my account on friday the 26th of june. This man knew everything about me including my family. He had called my place of employment at least 9 times in one day, and when my boss told him to stop harassing me he then called my cell phone. When i spoke to him on Friday the 19th of June, he told me that when my work gets the court papers about the charges that will be filed against me then i will be terminated. When i asked how am i supposed to pay them if i don't have a job, he simply said that is not my problem.
