A mr. Nelson david called me at work and informed me that i would be arrested on july 23 for non-payment of a payday loan. Now i do have some payday loans out there but they are paid every week out of my checking account... I asked mr. David what the name of the company i was supposed to have the loan thru and he told me cash net express i did not know this name and told him so. I asked him how much the loan was supposed to be for and he said he did'nt know the particullars of the file i asked him how i was supposed to pay something back if he didn't even know what it was and i asked him to speak to someone that could give me anwsers he then hung up on me twice and when i called back he finally transferred me to a mr. Jacob morris who went on to tell me i owed this company 400.00 and that i would be arrested on july 23rd at my job. Then when i tried to tell him that i would be more then happy to take care of this but that i would have to go home and research the loan with my bank he hung up on me so i called him back and he proceeded to inform me that he would make sure i went to jail. Well then i told him i would research it and call him back and then i hung up. He called me back and told me i had a half an hour to call him back with my payment i told him it would take me longer to get home then that he said fine call me when you get there. I went home did the research first found all the information i needed to know that these people are trying to scam people because all the loans i had in october and november where paid in full in febuary of 2009.. When i tried to call mr. Morris back i got a guy named ryan on the phone when i asked for mr. Morris ryan asked me for the phone number i received the call on when i gave him the number he said he had no record i said all i want to do is talk to mr. Morris and ryan hung up on me 4 times he also used words sorry can't repeat them here and told me he did give a crap about my problem. 5 minutes later mr. Morris called and said what did i call for when i informed him that i did not have a payday loan thru this company he said like hell i didn't and that i could expect the police at my job tomorrow. When i informed mr. Morris that i had prof he used a few choise words and hung up... If phone number are needed i have 2 one the is in california and 1 for a florida number that when you try and call it it says number has been changed or disconnected but mr. Morris can call you from that number...
