Copy machine lease scam

In regards to a decade before I rented a duplicate device (my 3rd through the years) with Decoursey Business Programs in KCMO. It was a typical kind rent having a digital $1.00 leave at the conclusion of the rental interval. They, however, named it a Reasonable Market-Value and explained the total amount was minimal. I'd never had an issue before and had no cause not to think them. I taken care of the rent - per my contract. There have been, however, early and ongoing issues with funds billed for insurane about the device. I'd personal insurance for anything in my own workplace and repeatedly delivered this for them without any reaction or treatment. I had been hectic - was furious - but chose to ignore it. I understood, however, once the rent was up I'd never conduct business together again. Finding screwed another period wasn't a practical choice for me personally and my company. Over time - Decoursey offered off the document on my rent to some business within the Netherlands - DeLageLanden. These were simply a fund organization & had no-interest in backup products. At the conclusion of my rent I requested for firing - and was informed that I really could just achieve this annually. It was to not be thought. I extended to pay for one more year - as well as utilized the equipment and attempted to stop at that time (moment) specified. Once they wouldn't stop it the 2nd period I left the equipment and hired (no further rents for me personally) a brand new - and greater device having a fantastic organization in KC. I've a quick device that does anything through my pcs (in regards to a thousand copies in 5ish years) for 50% of what my rent was with Decoursey/DeLageLanden and preservation is roofed within this charge. I've had this new device for quite some time and am super pleased with support. Meanwhile - DeLageLanden proceeds to cost me for that device they wont get back. The system doesn't have price since it is outdated and it has been for quite some time. They draw understands of the back on the daily schedule. Some times I owe them $1500 along with other times (occasionally within the same-day) I owe them 9,000.

They've been harassing me through attorneys and selections and also have completed this week after week for three years. After I approached Decoursey many years before to assist with my issue - many people there required the atttitude that I had been receiving what I earned since I did not buy a new device together. Gotta love this.

I actually have another organization conning me for the money - Raintree Vacation Club - for an $1800 Unique Charge along with my present preservation charge for brand new bedspreads and comparable items that I currently spend $1400 annually for in preservation on the useless possession. I've chose to consider both allows on.De Lage really named American Show but American Show explained what had occ. I still have my AmEX card (two decades) and also have not overlooked. I understand many nearby attorneys who've also had terrible encounters with De Lage Landen (unsure when they all began with DeCoursey) and that I may keep one for my match.
