High rates, poor service and refinance denied despite good credit

Just plain and simple, they are ripoff artists. Very high rates and poor service. This company should not in business. I want nothing to do with them. I have tried to get refinanced but no luck. I have great credit too but I just might have to ruin that because I'm thinking about just letting the mobile home go.
