Claton Vanderbilt Mortgage reported to the credit company that they had Involuntarily repossessed my manufactured home after I had signed all the papers to voluntarily surrender it back to them because of the very poor condition of the home. Now because of this I now have almost $8,000 in debt on my credit report thus keeping me from being able to buy a new home or car.
