I applied for a loan. They said I was approved. I signed the papers and provided a draft "down payment" check via fax.

When the paper came to sign, there were items on the contract I did not agree with in the deal. It was written up for 33 payments and it appeared that I was going to be paying sales tax on equipment twice.

Through warnings of others, this site and a uncofortable feeling I had in dealing with the sales person, I decided not to sign the final papers.

When I tired to get my down payment back they claimed I had sided up for their credit consultation services and the money will go for those.
