Jp Morgan Chase Bank Pull your money or get ripped off

In march of this year 2009. WaMu was being changed over to Chase. And in this confusion our company recieved a letter stating that this transistion would be seamless.

Well now that was so far from the truth

During this confusion someone was making charges to our Account managers company credit card. She would review the daily charges to our account and adjust her ledger to what she was seeing in the online area of our account.
If the account appeared to be running low on funds she would add more funds to cover expenses.

We all were a bit confused when she would place 14000.00 into the account and the account would go negitive. Then in april she deposited 16000.00 and it also went negitive. May was another 13000.00 and also went negitive.

On June 5th myself My accounts mgr Our contract laywer and our accounts manager at advanced business capital sat down with this account. Trying to figure out what was making our account go negitive.

What was found:
In march someone was making charges to our Account mgrs credit card without our knowlege. When I asked her if she had seen these charges. She showed me print outs of march april may. Statements these charges were not on the printouts but they were on the monthly statements they send in the mail.

I went over on monday the 8th of june and showed my branch mgr and she quickly wrote up a claim and had those charges reversed. Then she wrote up a second claim for the bank fees overdraft and so on. She told me that these charges should take 2 days to be placed back into my account. Today we were told no way on the fees which comes to 22034.00...
You can see clearly when the account goes negitive and the deposits that were made before and after. Her ledgers show that my company should be showing positive and now they are claiming legal action for the remainder of these fees which are 1356.00

I will pay them the 1356.00 but I will also close out all my accounts with them. Btw way the 22034.00 was mine and my accounts mgrs paychecks

Kind of wierd I got told no the day after they repaid thier tarp loans off.
