Loan Modification Company that doesn't pay brokers as agreed and doesn't inform customers of account status

I have worked with this company as an Independent Agent for three months. So far they have not delivered anything they promised—only comments that its being worked on.in their advertising they claim to have web based customer tracking and a duplicate website for brokers. None of this is true. Their "web based" tracking appears to be a one person office.

I have submitted over 15 files and should be paid some money as of June 1st. Not only won't they pay but they won't return my phone calls or answer emails, and this week they changed their phone number.

The worst part is that they accepted money from customers to help save them from foreclosure and try to get their payments reduced. The customers are calling me asking what's going on, and I don't know because company won't return calls.

I don't do business this way. I hope things will work out ok for the customers but I am concerned. I am considering reporting company to NJ Attorney General.
