Rips Employees and Customers

I worked for The Mortgage Consulting Firm owned by TOM PFFERMAN, June to early August and saw that the company lied to potential customers by saying that there $2,700.00 fee for Modifying their mortgage would be put into a Deposit only escrow account and that the company would not be paid until the Loan Modification was filed and approved (LIE) I was told by Management that they got special approval to withdraw funds to pay expenses and Employees, that doesn't sound like what they told customers nor does it sound like a true Escrow Account. They told potential customers that their fee would be returned in full if there modification was unsuccessful (LIE) they would not put it in writing and never returned a fee. The Company has operated under several different names in the past and has skewered stories as to why the names have changed. To top it all off they cheated me out of my last pay check a paltry $100.00. They say Employees are Independent Contractors but they have you sign and initial all kinds of made up rules for being there certain hours and offer threats if you don't adhere to them. I found them to be a Boiler Room selling a shady Service that never really materialize's for the customer except, maybe for ones that a consumer could do on their own. Any Company or person that would cheat someone out of a $100.00 when they put in a full work schedule for them would certainly have no problem cheating innocent suffering Home owners out of a much larger sum of money. They should be closed down for good.
