Raised interest rate to 30% with NO NOTICE, bad customer service too

I have perfect credit and excellent history.

I noticed my recent credit statement showed an interest rate of 29.99% from the 11% it was months prior. This is on a $18k card with a $20k limit.

I called and asked them to reduce the rate and give me a refund on money. They were extremely rude and did nothing. They even closed my card. It was a horrible experience.

I'm going back to Citi cards. I have filed complaints with the AG and BBB as well.

Do not do business with bank of america!!!
