Beware: Dishonest dealings here

AVAYA Financial Servicesm a unit of CIT Communiations Finance corp. We wanted to refinance and upgrade our system we got a proposal in which I took to our board and got approved. Submitted to finalize and move forward with upgrade and was told that they could no longer offer us that. Keep in mind this was in a few weeks time frame. They have made a change to their policy within the couple of weeks and wanted me to change my proposal to a new one that is $400 more than the previous one. I was told there was nothing that they could or would do and that they would not honor the original proposal. They obviously do not give a hoot about their customers.
