Bait and Switch tactic. Never finished the pool, ripoff

Negotiated a proposal in April. I signed the proposal, but then they pulled a standard contract which the copmany's salesman said is the same as proposal and had me sign. The contract turned out to be a much inferior version of the proposal.

They promised a three week completion time for the vinyl pool. But I had to fire the company on Labor Day (that is 12 weeks since signing of the contract) due to non performance.
