My husband and I opened an account with US Bank two years ago and they still will NOT post anymore than $100 in available funds until the next business day... Sometimes later. If I deposit a check before 5:00 PM on Friday then the full amount will be credited to the account on Saturday. However, if the check is deposited after 5:00 PM pn Friday, or if it is deposited on Saturday, Sunday, or Monday, it will not be credited to our account until Tuesday. There was even a time when I deposited cash to a teller, not the ATM, and they still will not post more than $100 to available funds until the next business day.
When we have done our online banking, the available balance says one thing, but then we get charged $37.50 in OD fees and they said, "well thats not really the available balance."
Their customer service is the worst; I have even had a woman yell at me and not not let me speak to a manager.
I DO NOT reccommend this bank to ANYONE at ANYTIME!
