The capital management company which led me into this investment opportunity has had no success in retrieving payment of the loan. Through almost 9 months of phone calls and conversations, the promises and excuses continue ad nauseam. It appears that the gentleman—Jean Marc Joveidi and his aka's & associates—JKG Development, Babuski LLC, Jamal El Jwaidi—has no intention of making good on what is a "grand theft" amount of money borrowed.
