Non payment of private loan to this company and Jean Marc Joveidi AKA Jamal El Jwaidi

I have not been paid for a private loan made to this company and Jean Marc Joveidi, AKA Jamal El Jwaidi. A secured promissory note and deed of trust were signed in June to be paid in August.

Jean Marc Joveidi AKA Jamal El Jwaidi has made every excuse imaginable including being in the hospital to waiting for a loan coming from someplace in Europe. His excuses are many and he has never provided verification of the loan he said he was getting even after he was specifically asked to provide documentation to the investors of the loan. His promise was to pay me when he received the funds from this loan. This run around has gone on for almost a year.

He owes me over $350,000.00 including penalties (which he agreed to) and has never made any attempt to pay me. It is clear he has no intention of paying me, and I don't believe he ever had any intention of paying me.

I know of at least two other private lenders who have not been paid for money they lent to Jean Marc and they have been given the same run around with the same excuses.

Additionally I know he has also refused to pay at least two business associates for professional consulting services related to this agreement.

Jean Marc has made no attempt to pay back my loan and he is no longer accepting any communication related to paying me or other parties involved in this transaction.
