AP9 withdrawals from bank accounts Nana texas

After about 2 months of not recieving my bank statement, my self and my wife decided to go our local branch of the bank after recieving a NSF letter saying "you have 30 days to correct your account"

When we got there we waited for the rep to see us and let him know what we thought had happened. He looked over our account and seen a AP9 withdrawal on our account that we (my wife and i) did not approive and it had sent our account into negative terratory...

The guy had us sign a few papers to get the ball rolling and i went in two weeks later and nothing was done yet... So im still waiting to hear back for my bank, i will be ther @ 9 am thursday mourning to check up...

Now i have already connted a lawyer to try and correct this problem:

If this doesn't work i dont know where to turn but hopefully it will be resolved soon
