Ripoff getting rich off me

Compass bank will srew you over in numerous ways. Compass has charged me almost 500.00 in less than a week it this incident could have been resolved if had been notified on day one when I first had a overdraft.

Iam just recieving a NSF nitification letter on yesterday (5/9), with no post marked date in it. The notification card only had the amount of what I was left owing after the first check had bounced on last Wednsday (5/3). If I had not called Compass auotmated system last Thursday 5/4 I would have been in the negative of possibly 600.00 with the 6.00 a day charge given if the account have been negative for 5 days.

I also on 5/4 tryed to work out something so that I could possibly save 200.00, but the rep could not hepl me anymore than waiving 2 NSF fees (72.00). Their automated system is also 2 days behind with giving the correct amount that could possibly be availb to you it takes them 48 hours to add all charges and also post the amounts to your account. Compass is the worst bank to deal with, because all the free things they claim to give, they only in the end charge you quadrouple the amount the items are. Compass is full of it!
