Quicken Loans recently ripped me off for $600. Matt Thomas, the representative is a theft and a lier. He told me that the $600 would be refunded when the loan closed or if it did not close. He sent 2 apprasiers to my home.
One apprasial come back @ $285,000 and the second one at $203,000. I was then informed by him, that according to FHA regulations he had to take the lowest apprasial. He even asked me to do his work and find comparable homes in my neighbor which had sold in the last 3-4 months. I was furious with him and told him that was he job!
After 2 months of agony, I got a phone call from him, telling me that the loan would not be approved. Take it from me, don't do business with this company, they will take your money and not deliver what they promise.
