Rudeness is the #1 requirement to work for this company

Our loan was bought out by this company about 5 years ago, without our notification, and we have had extreme problems with them ever since. They are the rudest people I have ever had to deal with. One month they called 2 weeks ahead of the payment date to see when we could make the payment.

We found out I was pregnant 2 weeks before we moved away and so now my husband is the only one working with 2 kids already at home and a pregnant wife. We have explained to them our situation but they told my husband they didn't care if the kids had food to eat or not because they wouldn't have a roof over their head and we were only 20 days late. Not even a full month. How is that for courteous?

We have a buyer for the house and they will not give us the payoff amount because we haven't made the payment for May. The house closes on June 3rd and the money will be fedexed to them but they still refused to give me the information. I will be so glad when we can get out from under these people. They must be the richest people in the country to be able to talk to anyone the way they do. Like I said, rudeness must be the #1 requirement for employment with 21st Mortgage.
