On May 26 @6:58 I enter all transaction information to make a withdrawal, a message popped up on screen that the ATM could not complete the transaction at this time. Another patron tried the ATM and it worked, so @7:00Pm I reentered my information and it dispensed the cash. I checked my bank statement and it shows 2 withdrawals. Once @ 6:58 and one at 7:00. I did not ask for a receipt, so I only my bank statement to show two transactions. I don't know who to complain to? I've been ripped off!
