Scam artist! Kenneth A. Schneider is a fraud in the financing and lending business

My client engaged Kenneth A. Schneider $7500 to do a quick appraisal and other due diligence for a land refinance deal in California. Everything fit in his original requirements on the first phone call with the client. (LTV, Loan Amount, Type of Deal, etc.) He basically said that after he visited the property, he could fund within 4 business days, which my client and I figured was line of b.S., but didn't care so much about the timeframe, just that it closed & funded...

Sure enough, as soon as Mr. Schneider left the site visit (Only visited for 10-15 minutes), it was like pulling teeth to get in touch with him. You could never call him directly or email him. Kenneth A. Schneider has to be the only business person in the world who doesn't have a cell phone or email address. I should have saw that red flag before I had my client wire the funds. (Still eats at me to this day)..

Anyways, it just dragged on week after week, with one excuse after another. He blamed his investors, his attorney's, the title company; everyone but himself. He also ofered to refund the $7500, but when my client asked for that, that is when the return phone calls officially stopped.

Kenneth A. Schneider is a fraud and a scheister. He never had any intention of funding this deal, and in my book thats makes him a thief. As soon as you hear his name for financing, run as fast as can in the other direction..

Truthful and honest business is the only way to prosper!!!
