Kenneth A. Schneider is a FRAUD & a SCAM ARTIST!

My company owns a commercial power center in Michigan. My broker introduced me to Kenneth A. Schneider (I don't hold it against my broker).. He visited my property and said this was exactly what he and his investors were looking for. Of course it cost me $7500 to get him out to the property, which he only visited for about 15 minutes. I thought that was kind of odd..

He also said I would receive a quick appraisal for engaging him the $7500.. As soon as he left my property, that was the last tme I spoke to him. My broker could only get in touch with him by fax, which is very strange in this day and age. Apparently, Mr. Schneider doesn't have a cell phone or an email address.

Anyways, my attorneys faxed him a refund letter for the $7500 (faxed it 4 times).. We never got a response..in my book, Kenneth A. Schneider is a liar and a cheat! He stole from my company and if anyone ever starts to do business with him and sees this report, please refrain from doing so!!! You will be screwed over..

Finally, Mr Schneider talks a big game and just railroads you on the phone. You can never get a word in. So don't let him bully you into sending him the $7500.. This is how he makes his living... He never intends to fund any deal. Think about screwing over 4 or 5 people per month. He pockets some serious cash, for what???.
