Wachovia Bank
Would not release funds from my bank account after after they gave me my available balance showing funds available, which ruin are vacation

Wachovia to cash check for purchase RV and vaction. Tax Refunds where deposit into account of $11,000. Two cashier checks had 7 day hold put on them and was posted to be available 05/26/09. Went in bank and ask for my available balance banker gave a me statement that said available balance of 12,019.85. Told her that I wanted cash a check of 11,000 after 20 minutes they declined the check. After speaking to manager and sharing this with rest of people in line to get their money they finally released $4999.00.

I told manager that I will file police report too. I checked bank account 2 days later wachovia put a second hold on funds. I never got a staight answer to why I could not get my money. This ruined my family vaction this weakend, I purchased a RV 05/26/09, and where going to take it on road trip this weakend. I will also being fileing law suit againts bank at this time too.
