Fraud - Ripped me off $150

I obtained a notice informing me of the pending grant acceptance within the quantity of $25,000. It explained I'd 36 hours to contact and gather my resources. After I named despite the fact that the notice claims I spend no cash for my offer after I obtain it I'd to pay for $150 handling charge. The notice stated it had been confirmed and authenticated by JD and that's all it stated to get a title. I'm out-of that cash today and quit with (no real surprise) no offer cash to get a company I would like to begin. This really is absurd! Is there a legit offer organization available that does not scam you - one which is easy and simple in addition to useful??
