Erney May rented from me at 540 East Margaret and the city wanted to take the building through eminate domain to widden the road. I moved out in Nov and Erney said he would pay the utilities if I would let him stay. I told him if he paid the utilities he did not have to pay rent. Well, finaly he 1200. And I told him that he would have to put the utilities in his name. He has still failed to pay and will not return my calls. The one thing that bothers me is he hugged me and said he would not stiff me on the utilies and we had been friends for to many years.
