Ignore my correspondence to change mortgage due date to save myself late fees

ERA was great when we first took out the mortgage. Now, 2 years later the monthly payment has climbed another 75.00, I have written several letters to them to have the due date changed in order to save the late fees.

But, ERA just ignores every letter I sent them, why? They are addressed to the address given for correspondence. Just another very rude, and unprofessional way to conduct business, which of course is to their benefit.
