Our constitution one bank card had terminated in-May of 09 and that I hadn't obtained a brand new one just before experiation. I'd approached among the constitution one branches on May 2nd informing them used to donot obtain my new card. I had been informed it had been sent plus they have no idea what occurred to it so she called-up corporate and that I was informed they're delivering me a brand new one and might consider 7 business days. And so I am waiting ready and awaiting the card showing up. 12 business days later I still have yet to get my new card. I called-up rental one corporate today 5/18/09 and was informed both cards were sent plus they are uncertain why I'venot obtained. Our target is right anything. I obtain all my additional constitution one email but have yet to get my new money/atm card. I've expenses to pay for with one of these bank card, my illinois ipass has become overdue and certainly will have penalties to pay for as a result of this problem. I've gotten no aid from chafter one in the place of properly we delivered it we're uncertain why you did not have it. I talked with lawson hammond a boss and virtually was handed the run-around and was informed to hold back a additonional 7 business days to get a new card. I had been advised I really could spend $25 charge and also have them expidited it for me personally t/advantages or fedex. I dont see why I ought to be billed $25 for something which might be their error but are accusing usps. Ultimately they terrible.
